We are so glad that we decided to bank with First Carolina Bank. I didn't know that banking could be this good. We have such a positive and ever re-affirming relationship with our banker Donna Cameron—so much that she feels like a family member. It's changed my understanding of what banking should be: personal. We've dealt with the faceless big banks and their endless staff turnover. We could not be happier with the people who make First Carolina Bank what it is. We just wish we had a branch close to us in Hillsborough. Thankfully, their online platform is my favorite mobile banking platform I have ever used. Still, we hope FCB gets more market share in North Carolina (and does not, in the process, compromise on what makes it so great).

First Carolina Bank is in a great location [in Reidsville] which was warm and inviting the minute I opened the door. The staff were professional as well as helpful.
